Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Orlando is seeking a Recruiter for Accounting & Finance Client Solutions. You will develop relationships with finance professionals, build a strong candidate pipeline, and recruit for interim, contract, and direct-hire roles in the local market.

You will partner with business development, manage end-to-end recruiting, assess candidates for fit, and present concise summaries to clients. A base salary with uncapped commission and full benefits shapes a rewarding career path.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in accounting/finance
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing professionals

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with accounting and finance professionals across a range of experience levels and specialties.
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates through referrals, networking, social media, market intelligence, direct outreach, and community engagement.
• Recruit for accounting and finance interim, contract, project, consulting, and direct-hire opportunities within your local market.
• Partner with business development leaders to understand client needs, role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
• Manage the recruiting process from initial outreach and qualification through interview coordination, offer acceptance, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
• Assess candidates for relevant experience, technical capabilities, career goals, compensation expectations, availability, and alignment with each opportunity.
• Present qualified candidates with clear, accurate, and compelling summaries that help clients make informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal partners throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, and activity information in our ATS and CRM system.
• Achieve individual recruiting activity, placement, revenue, and gross-margin objectives.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of successful recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience. Relevant accounting, consulting, or financial services experience may be considered.
• A demonstrated track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified professionals is highly preferred.
• An established network within the local accounting and finance community is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, relationship-building, organization, and negotiation skills.

Travel: Occasional local networking, candidate meetings, and attendance at company events.

Base Compensation

$65,000 - $98,000 USD
