Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Recruiter in Warsaw, IN to support high-volume staffing by sourcing, screening, onboarding, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. You will work closely with onsite leadership to meet client staffing needs while delivering a positive candidate and associate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming openings.
• Conduct candidate outreach through calls, texts, job boards, referrals, and community resources.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, I-9 verification, and other onboarding requirements.
• Schedule candidates for orientation and communicate start dates, schedules, locations, and expectations.
• Conduct follow-up before orientation and start dates to help reduce falloffs and no-shows.
• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, orientations, and starts.
• Support associates with general questions and onsite workforce needs.
• Partner with onsite leadership to prioritize openings and respond to changing staffing demands.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information in applicable systems.
• Provide professional, timely communication to candidates, associates, and the onsite team.

Position Summary

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
