Job summary

JobSquad is seeking a Recruiter to support companies across Indiana, including Warsaw and Fort Wayne. This in-house, full-cycle recruiter position offers a salary package with an uncapped commission structure and benefits.

Based in Warsaw/Fort Wayne, you will manage from sourcing to onboarding while collaborating with clients and internal teams to fill roles quickly and effectively. The role emphasizes high-volume, hands-on recruiting across IN.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing or recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly master multiple computer-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full cycle of the recruiting process from start to finish.
• Process customer orders, using Social Media platforms to build a strong pipeline of candidates Interview, offer jobs and build relationships with a diverse pool of candidates
• Matching candidates to open positions in an effective and timely manner
• Administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests
• Conduct orientations, on-boarding, Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when need
• Interacting and building relationships with our clients to meet their needs and expectations, provide input to client management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
• Prepare separation notices and related documentation, conduct exit interviews

This position is for our Warsaw and Fort Wayne area. This is in house and is a full cycle recruiter.

• Ability to multi-task and follow through with tasks and make appropriate decisions as to what is the most important task to be finished
• Enjoy working in a high volume fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is helpful but not required
