Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities. This position can be remote in the USA. Upon onboarding, the talent's location will be updated to "Home Based, CORRECT STATE" for taxation purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Use recruitment tools to track job openings and candidate progress.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Work closely senior recruiters to understand job requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage interview schedules for hiring teams and candidates.
  • Proactively identify and attract top talent to support company growth.

Skills And Requirements For Junior Recruiter

  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong administrative and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Success Factors and iCIMs, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases).
  • Awareness of industry trends and market insights.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Strong time management and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones
  • Some experience in manufacturing and transportation recruitment preferred
