Overview

Citadel Access Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise sourcing and hiring top talent across technical, field, and office-based roles within the commercial overhead door, gate, and access control technology industries.

Location

• Ideally based in Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ, or another major city in the western United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle
• Develop and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in technical and field service positions
• Build strong relationships with industry professionals, trade schools, and community networks
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Ideal Candidate Experience

• Recruiting field service technicians in revenue-generating roles
• Recruiting installers and fabricators with specialized trade skills
• Recruiting office support staff and management roles to support business operations
• Experience in the commercial overhead door, gate, and access control technology industries strongly preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
