What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and design effective interview processes
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that aligns with the employer's brand and culture
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in DTC, consumer brands, or fast-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices including sourcing, assessments, interviewing, and offers
  • Experience hiring across marketing, creative, operations, and product roles
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously
