Job Summary

Performs full recruitment cycle and employment of new and existing employees for Safran. Acts as the subject expert in Safran's hiring process, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. This role may be based in Irvine, CA or Grand Prairie, TX.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles through networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure effective hiring strategies.
  4. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top aerospace industry talent, including passive candidate engagement.
  5. Reviews resumes and applications to create a short list of candidates to submit to the hiring manager.
  6. Interviews and screens applicants for technical competences, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization, and function effectiveness.
  7. Facilitates the effective interaction and contribution of hiring managers and candidates.
  8. Stays current with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements

Required Competencies

  1. Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or Humanities is preferred. SHRM certification is a plus.
  • More than five years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting preferred.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting top talent, especially in technical and aerospace roles.
  • Familiarity with workforce trends, compliance, and challenges specific to the aerospace industry.
  • Intermediate – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

  4. Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
