Job summary

Wesco’s Talent Acquisition team is growing. The Recruiter will partner with leaders, hiring managers, and HR to manage full life cycle recruitment, design sourcing strategies, and build pipelines of top talent. The role focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience and continuous process improvement.

You will help set market-aware sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to attract best-in-class candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred).
• 2+ years understanding recruiting policies and employment law.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' Degree required
• 2 years required experience in recruiting and staffing
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
• 2 years required understanding of recruiting policies and practices and employment law
• 2 years preferred working knowledge of social media relative to the recruiting of candidates
• Experience with proactive sourcing using a variety of sourcing tools
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate capability
• Must be flexible, adaptable and well organized

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
