Vulcan Elements is actively seeking a Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process. You will partner with People Operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
Your focus will be on delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining efficient, data-driven recruitment practices. You will review resumes, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and source top talent across critical roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Recruiter, you will be involved in the end-to-end hiring processes at Vulcan Elements. With support from People Operations, you will be responsible for focusing on long-term and immediate workforce planning needs of the business. You will build relationships with the hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each new hire. You will work with the team to continually scale recruiting processes to allow for growth in a high pace environment.
