What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with directors and operations teams
  • Update and monitor the employer's website in collaboration with rehab managers
  • Develop and implement area-specific marketing and advertising strategies for hiring
  • Manage campus recruiting and organize various recruiting events
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with interested applicants and maintain recruitment records
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
  • Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume healthcare staffing environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to flexible hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, as well as speech-language pathology
  • Experience using ICIMS for recruitment processes
  • Demonstrated ability to close candidates and create alternative recruiting strategies
