What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with directors and operations teams
- Update and monitor the employer's website in collaboration with rehab managers
- Develop and implement area-specific marketing and advertising strategies for hiring
- Manage campus recruiting and organize various recruiting events
- Conduct initial phone screenings with interested applicants and maintain recruitment records
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of recruiting issues and strategies
- Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume healthcare staffing environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to flexible hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, as well as speech-language pathology
- Experience using ICIMS for recruitment processes
- Demonstrated ability to close candidates and create alternative recruiting strategies
