Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Lancaster, PA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing candidate databases, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
