• Source candidates via ATS/job boards and fast‑traking the process through targeted referral outreach.
• Run targeted, templated outreach to leads
• Conduct screenings against clear must‑haves using requirement/keyword‑based questions; capture clean notes and avoid subjective decisions.
• Evaluate transferable skills when aligned to defined criteria; keep candidates informed with welcoming, reliable updates.
