Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to provide specialized recruiting support for hourly machining positions across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting CNC Machinists and other precision manufacturing talent and be comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers to manage technical requirements and drive the recruiting process forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting CNC machinists or precision manufacturing experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing talent.
• Strong knowledge of Indeed sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to understand technical CNC machinist requirements and assess candidate qualifications.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times to WI or IL during the assignment.
• Background check and 10-panel drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for CNC Machinist positions, from sourcing through interviewing.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified CNC Machinists and manufacturing professionals.
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, QR codes, digital sourcing strategies, and other methods.
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and qualification assessments.
• Evaluate candidates based on CNC machining experience, technical capabilities, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and communicate qualifications.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for CNC Machinist positions, from sourcing through interviewing.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified CNC Machinists and manufacturing professionals.
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, QR codes, digital sourcing strategies, and other creative methods.
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and qualification assessments.
• Evaluate candidates based on CNC machining experience, technical capabilities, manufacturing background, shift availability, and overall fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and effectively communicate candidate qualifications.
• Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process and proactively address roadblocks.
• Manage candidate pipelines, requisitions, and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill CNC Machinist and precision machining positions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Adapt recruiting strategies based on changing operational needs and hiring priorities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience specifically focused on CNC Machinists, machining, or precision manufacturing positions.
• Strong industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or skilled-trades recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing talent.
• Strong knowledge of Indeed sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to understand technical CNC Machinist requirements and assess candidate qualifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage changing requirements and shifting priorities.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership and client-management skills.
• Independent, proactive, relationship-driven, and business-minded.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• Workday experience is a plus.
• Potential travel to WI or IL approximately 1–2 times during the assignment.
• Position will support machining recruitment needs across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations.
• Interview process includes a virtual Microsoft Teams interview followed by an onsite interview.
• Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and 10-panel drug screen.
