Zing Recruiting is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to support a sister company specializing in workforce solutions for the manufacturing and industrial sectors. This hybrid role offers a base salary plus commission and the opportunity to directly impact a growing organization.

The position focuses on recruiting for heavy industrial manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, safety, quality, and leadership roles, while building strong client and candidate

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments, industrial safety practices, and workforce planning preferred.
• Comfortable visiting manufacturing and industrial facilities as needed.

• Recruit for manufacturing, industrial skilled trades, technical, maintenance, safety, quality, engineering, supervisory, and leadership positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines based on client workforce needs, production schedules, and hiring demands.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, industrial experience, safety awareness, reliability, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and assignment starts.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, job orders, and candidate communications.
• Partner with clients to understand operations, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
• Support employee relations activities including attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and assignment concerns.
• Monitor recruiting metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, starts, fill rates, and retention.
• Assist with client engagement activities and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Skilled Trades Recruiter Job Summary:

• Pay: $50,000-$60,000 base salary plus commission
• Schedule: Hybrid role with one in-office day per week
• Minimum 40 hours per week; occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on recruiting and business needs
