Job summary

swipeJobs is hiring a recruiter to support IDL facilities, focusing on onboarding and staffing across our active locations. You will recruit and onboard employees, partner with managers to understand staffing needs, coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations, and serve as the HR point of contact.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, comfort with Microsoft Office, and experience in high-volume recruitment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in branch office.
