Job summary

SwipeJobs in the United States is seeking a staffing coordinator to recruit and onboard employees for warehouse facilities across our branch network. You will partner with managers to understand workforce needs and coordinate onboarding events and orientations.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, prior recruitment experience, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office and ATS familiarity are a plus.
