Job summary

A leading online media company in El Segundo is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of recruiting experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for talent acquisition. Internet Brands is currently in search of a Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting for positions across our brand portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
• Engage in written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
• Network with, source and recruit director and executive level candidates
• Consult with the Executive team to identify organizational needs based on business strategy
• Use knowledge of market and industry trends, labor market data and competitors to develop sourcing plans and strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies
• Organize and document post-interview debriefing and feedback with the recruiting team

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in a recruiting or human resources support role, highly preferred (full cycle recruiting is ideal)
• Competency in MS Office required
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
