Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Recruiter for our Irving, TX facility. You will perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and qualification criteria.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR recruitment, ATS and MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel to events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to job fairs and events.
