The Revenue Optimization Company is seeking a proactive People Attraction Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles. Two+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience are required, with strong communication, sourcing, and assessment skills.

People Attraction Partner Full-Cycle Recruiting Talent Partnership Candidate Experience The People Attraction Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle and helps attract the talent needed to support organizational growth. This role partners with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, identify and assess qualified candidates, and deliver a positive experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: Lead recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer preparation, and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring leaders: Clarify position requirements, ideal candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and business priorities while providing consistent updates and recommendations.
  • Build candidate pipelines: Use job boards, social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, recruiting events, and other sourcing channels to develop qualified talent pools.
  • Assess and present talent: Evaluate candidates for experience, capabilities, motivation, compensation expectations, and overall alignment, then present qualified candidates with clear recommendations.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience: Maintain timely, professional communication so candidates understand the opportunity, expectations, interview process, and next steps.
  • Support offers and hiring decisions: Partner with hiring leaders and People Operations to develop competitive offers, extend verbal offers, support negotiations, and drive offer acceptance.
  • Provide talent-market insights: Share information about candidate availability, compensation expectations, hiring challenges, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain recruiting data and compliance: Keep candidate records, interview activity, hiring status, and recruiting metrics accurate within the applicant tracking system while following company policy and applicable employment requirements.
What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive, results‑oriented recruiter who enjoys connecting people with opportunities and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, and able to manage multiple searches while maintaining excellent communication and follow‑through.

You’ll Need to Have Two or more years of full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

  • Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system and recruiting platforms.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Even Better If You Have A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting high‑volume, field‑based, retail, sales, technical, or corporate hiring.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple locations or markets.
  • Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and long‑term talent pipelines.
  • Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance.
  • Experience using recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience supporting new program launches or rapid organizational growth.
  • Experience working with staffing agencies, outsourcing partners, or other external talent providers.
