Job summary

Endeavor AI is hiring a Recruiter to help us find and hire engineers, product people and technical leaders who will grow Endeavor. You'll own searches from first outreach to signed offer and work closely with hiring managers to ensure every candidate, hired or not, is treated with respect and clarity.

We care as much about how you recruit as about how many people you hire, seeking someone who listens, communicates honestly, and treats job searches as major life decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recruiting experience with exposure to technical roles (agency or in-house).
• Empathy for candidates; delivering hard news with care and maintaining warmth in memory of you.
• Solid sourcing fundamentals and a curiosity to improve them.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication that sounds personal, not templated.
• Strong organizational skills; can juggle multiple searches without candidates slipping.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace; bias toward building process.
• Growth mindset with desire to learn and grow technically and professionally.

• - Strong organization. You can juggle multiple searches without letting candidates slip through the cracks.
• - Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace, plus a bias toward building process rather than waiting for it.
• - A growth mindset. You want feedback, you learn quickly, and you're excited to grow your technical knowledge and your career.
