What to Expect
- Draft and post job advertisements to attract candidates
- Review resumes and screen candidates for potential fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate skills tests with candidates
- Conduct interviews via Zoom and administer skills assessments
- Maintain and update data in the recruiting database while keeping human resource information confidential
What is Required
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring; international recruiting experience is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
