We are seeking a proactive and self-directed individual who can take ownership of the recruiting process with minimal oversight. Partners with hiring managers to source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions. Takes a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with Ashton Woods culture and values. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for our Ashton Woods.
This position has a hybrid work schedule: 2 days in our Alpharetta, GA office; 3 days remote. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Alpharetta, GA office.
