Recreational Tumbling and Trampoline Coach

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to teach tumbling and trampoline skills to athletes aged 6 years through teens. The role involves working weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Skills Taught

• Round-offs
• Back-handsprings
• Front-handsprings
• Back tucks
• Front tucks
• Connected skills (e.g., round-off back-handspring back tuck)

Requirements

• At least 17 years old
• Experience with Euro-tramps and understanding of Euro-tramp safety
• One year of coaching experience in tumbling, cheer, dance, gymnastics, or freestyle

Responsibilities

• Set up fun and creative stations and tear them down after classes
• Follow a set curriculum in an encouraging manner
• Create a high-energy, safe, and fun environment
• Meet children where they are and support their growth
• Build positive relationships with kids and families

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $14.00/hr - $16.00/hr. Benefits include health, vision, dental, IRA, tuition discounts, and more for full-time employees; IRA, tuition discounts, and gift shop discounts for part-time employees.
