Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification or licensure in therapy; CTRS preferred.
• CPR, BLS, CPI certifications required before patient interaction.
• One year of experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe patient needs and document changes to care plan.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback to the interdisciplinary treatment team on patient response.
• Plan and implement activity goals per treatment plan.
