WEST Coast Aquatics in Washington, DC, seeks a Recreation Team Head Coach to lead our Recreation Groups and Summer League program. You’ll guide over 150 swimmers across age groups and help swimmers grow in a fun, competitive environment.

This nonprofit program offers private lessons revenue share, comprehensive insurance, year-end bonus, paid holidays, and paid vacation, with a supportive team culture and opportunities to mentor assistant coaches.

• Providing lifeguard support during slow times and assisting with Swim School lesson evaluations when needed.

What You’ll Do as the Recreation Team Head Coach

As the Recreation Team Head Coach, you’ll oversee all aspects of our Recreation Groups and Summer League Swim Team, ensuring swimmers enjoy a flexible, fun, and competitive experience. With over 150 swimmers across different age groups, you’ll play a key role in shaping their journey in the water.
