Pay Rate: $15.60 Hourly
Per Diem

GENERAL SCOPE: Assist in various forms of therapeutic engagement to benefit resident’s quality of life

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: Must be at least 14 years of age and have proper working permits. Ability to follow verbal and written directions and communicate and work in a team oriented setting. High degree of reliability needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide group and individual programs as assigned

• Provide save methods of transportation for residents.
• Input statistics for attendance
• Ensure the safety of the residents during recreation therapy programs.
• Supervise volunteers.
• All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE: Experience or interest in working with older adults. Experience working in a youth or older adult recreation program.
