Peachford Hospital is searching for an experienced Recreational Therapist to work on our Expressive Therapy Team.
Expressive Therapists serve as members of interdisciplinary treatment teams and provide therapeutic expressive therapy services to patients. The abilities to skillfully establish therapeutic rapport and engage patients in different art, music, and recreational activities are critical in this role.
Expressive Therapists are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:
A bachelor’s degree in an activity therapy related field (recreation therapy, art therapy, music therapy, etc.) is required and CTRS, ATR or RMT along with previous inpatient/outpatient hospital experience is preferred.
