The role involves defining treatment goals, providing ongoing patient care, and modeling therapeutic behavior to patients across pediatric to adult populations. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Therapy (or related field), at least one year of related experience, CTRS licensure, and CPR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field.
• One year of related experience preferred, with understanding of mental illness.
• CTRS certification/licensure required.
• CPR certification required; Handle with Care training completed or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activity services for the assigned program as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Define and implement treatment goals through patient engagement and role modeling.
• Provide continuous patient care, observation, and interaction with patients.
• Support rehabilitation and therapeutic activities aligned with care plans.
