Job summary

Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, CA, is seeking a passionate Recreation Supervisor to oversee pool, beach and recreation spaces, ensuring safety, fun and exceptional service for guests.

You will lead a seasonal team, schedule recreation attendants, coordinate activities and enforce pool safety standards, while delivering memorable experiences that reflect Loews hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a pool area or hotel industry.
• CPR/First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of pool, beach, guest shuttle, and pickleball courts.
• Maintain guest safety and enforce pool safety standards.
• Coordinate towels and equipment inventory; supervise recreational activities.
• Prepare weekly schedules and coach the recreation attendants.
• Attend meetings and collaborate across teams to enhance guest experiences.
