Job summary

Towson is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all aspects of a local program at a Lehi location. Responsibilities include coordinating coaches, fans, and officials, setting up and tearing down equipment, and assisting in gym or field cleanup.

The role requires verifying staff schedules by phone, text, or email and evaluating officials’ performance during the season. Shifts run weeknights and Saturdays with very flexible scheduling, and employees receive an annual membership at the Lehi Legacy

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule with weeknights and Saturdays.
• Own transportation and cell phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Employment contingent upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
• Prior experience in a recreation sports environment preferred but not required.

• Other duties as assigned.
• Shifts are scheduled on weeknights and Saturdays. Very flexible!
• Site Supervisors also receive an individual annual membership to the Lehi Legacy Center.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
