Job summary

The City of Conroe is seeking a Customer Service Representative III to deliver exceptional service to members and participants. You will assist with facilities, events, and program activities, including set-up, supervision, and takedown, while ensuring a safe environment and adherence to city policies.

This role requires experience supervising staff, delivering recreation programs, cash handling, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in a leadership role.
• Experience supervising staff and delivering recreation services.
• Cash handling and strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facility, event and program activities including set-up, assignment of duties, supervision and takedown.
• Ensure a safe environment for participants and open/close of the facility.
• Follow City of Conroe policies and procedures.
