Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii is seeking a Pool and Beach Ambassador who embodies aloha and delivers exceptional guest service across pool and beach areas.

You will be knowledgeable about resort amenities, operating hours, and local activities, aiding guests with special requests while maintaining spotless prep and stocking of supplies. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and US work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Legal work authorization in United States is required.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Embody the spirit of aloha and act as an ambassador of the Hualalai Ohana.
• Ensure all guests at the pool & beach areas are offered complimentary amenities at the designated time of delivery.
• Familiarize with all amenities and their origins, and with the property's layout and offerings.
• Inform guests of all the activities they can partake on throughout the property.
• Be knowledgeable on all hours of service for all food and beverage outlets.
• Enlighten guests about the cultural center and the history of the island.
• Prepare an adequate number of amenities for the day-off and for the following day.
• Keep work/preparation areas clean and organized (Surf Shack & Kids for All Seasons).
• Communicate with leadership team to ensure proper stock of amenity supplies.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; assist guests in inquiries related to hotel services and events.
• Respond to guest requests accurately and timely with local knowledge and recommendations.

POOL AND BEACH AMBASSADOR

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Pool and Beach Ambassador who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Pool and Beach Ambassador have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Familiarize with all of the amenities we offer and where they originate from as well as familiarize with property and all of the amenities that are offered throughout

• Inform guests of all the activities they can partake on throughout the property

• Be knowledgeable on all the hours of service for all the food and beverage outlets

• Enlighten guests about the cultural center and the history of the island

• Prepare an adequate number of amenities for the day-off and for the following day.

• Keep work/preparation areas clean and organized (Surf Shack & Kids for All Seasons)

• Communicate with leadership team to ensure proper stock of amenity supplies.

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotelpractices.

WHAT TO BRING

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

• Weekend & Holiday availability required
