• Supervises the park-wide recreation fee collection program and ensures proper handling and reporting of funds, including 3rd party vendor contracts.
• Supervises and trains fee technician staff and campground host volunteers.
• Operates and troubleshoots fee computers and electronic equipment.
• Develops, plans, and tracks the Cost of Collection budget.
• Implements national and regional fee policies, evaluates operational needs, and recommends improvements that enhance efficiency, customer service, and accountability.
