• To enhance the quality of life for residents/clients according to organizational policies and procedures.
• One-to-one activities tailored to resident/client needs using interpersonal skills.
• Projects a positive image of Riverview Estates with residents, co-workers and the public.
• Assists with errands, resident mail, decorating, gardening, crafts, and special meals.

Recreation / Activities Aide Responsibilities:

• To enhance the quality of life for residents/clients according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.
• One-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs
• Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, public
• Errands, handling resident mail, flower arranging, seasonal decorating, cleaning activity areas/storage space, photographing of residents, serving of special meals, baking, gardening, creating craft projects
