A Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests at the pool & beach, contributing to the hotel's ongoing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests at the pool & beach. Your duties include:

• Greeting guests and attending to their needs, including providing towels, relocating chairs and umbrellas, confirming registration, and issuing recreational equipment.
• Cleaning the pool & beach area, including ashtrays, furniture, decks, tiles, rocks, and cabanas.
• Replenishing pool towels and monitoring inventory to minimize loss.
• Maintaining equipment such as umbrellas, speakers, pool toys, and rafts.
• Monitoring the facility for hazards and addressing or reporting any issues.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and service issues.
• Performing general recreation duties as needed.
