Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a dynamic Camp Hyatt Recreation Attendant to join our team. You will plan and lead outdoor activities for young campers, supervise multiple areas, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and engaging campers with crafts, sports, and adventures, with a casual on-call schedule and USD 15 per hour pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience caring for children of all ages is preferred.
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working primarily in an outdoor environment with all aspects of recreational activities under all weather conditions.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays
• Must present an appropriate public presence in grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
• Must be able to pass a background check and provide references

• Assist in planning and executing special events and programs that will wow our campers.
• Handle camper inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring every camper leaves with a smile.
