Job summary

Phoenix Country Club, part of Troon’s global golf and hospitality family, is seeking a Recreation/Childcare Attendant. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $15.00–$16.00 and requires availability Sun-Tues 7:45am-3pm, contributing to a fast-paced, guest-focused property team in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, fun, and engaging place for children 6 months – 7 years old.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized space.
• Check and respond to registration requests regularly and maintain reservation records.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
