- In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
- Assists patrons in using the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
- Plans, conducts, publicizes, and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
- May provide work guidance to other staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
- The dual compensation guidelines DO NOT apply to this position. All GS and NAF employees, whether full-time or part-time, are eligible to apply.
- Operational hours: 0530 to 1830 during operational months. Shifts typically 5 to 6 hours (0530 to 1200 or 1200 to 1800), 7 days a week including holidays.
- Schedule will be posted and may adjust for tournaments, scrambles, or high school events.
Qualifications
Work experience involving interaction with the general public.
Education
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

Pay and Allowances
