Duties

  1. Prepares and maintains required administrative reports and forms (e.g., utilization data, financial forms, procurement forms, invoices).
  2. Performs duties for successful daily operations, such as collecting fees, completing retail sales transactions, and patrolling parking and dock areas.
  3. Demonstrates safe use of equipment and techniques in marina settings.
  4. Provides programmed and impromptu activities related to Marina or aquatic settings, such as stand-up paddling or canoeing.
  5. Briefs customers on safety procedures and gear inspection.
  6. Maintains controls for cash handling and safekeeping of marina funds.
  7. Monitors supplies and maintains internal controls and accountability.
  8. Ensures adherence to loss prevention measures.
  9. Maintains contracts, files, regulations, manuals, and directives related to marina operations.
  10. Coordinates the master event schedule and reports changes to the supervisor.
  11. Sends marina and program information to marketing and ensures proper advertising.
  12. Prepares and reviews correspondence and reports.
  13. Assists management with administrative duties like inventory, answering phones, and participant registration.
  14. Operates government-owned vehicles for marina and facility travel.

Requirements

Conditions of Employment

  1. Variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Must have or obtain a valid state driver’s license.
  3. Successful completion of background checks and employment verification.
  4. Salary via direct deposit.
