Responsabilités

• Lead and facilitate recreation therapy services per patient plan of care.
• Assist in implementing Recreation Therapy programs for residents in CLC.
• Maintain safe and clean therapy storage areas and assist with supplies.
• Document daily encounter notes on patient participation and response to treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
