Support the Military's Quality of Life programs! The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) provides fitness, recreation, lodging, and food and beverage programs for service members, their families, retired military, and civilian employees. This position is located at the Cliffside RV Park aboard NAS Whidbey Island.

Requirements

• Successful completion of National Agency Background Check (NACI) required.
• This position may require the incumbent to work special events, weekends, and holidays.
• A valid state driver’s license is required.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, push, reach, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Must obtain and maintain food handler’s certification, CPR, and First Aid within 90 days of hire.
• Work may involve climbing around equipment, moving towable equipment, and organizing seasonal supplies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.

Qualifications

• At least one year of practical work experience, including customer service, data entry, word processing, internet, email, and handling cash with point of sale systems.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and communicate effectively and courteously using proper English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and present a neat appearance.
