Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare in Windsor, CT is seeking a dedicated Recreation Assistant to join our caring team on a part-time basis, every other weekend. You will help design engaging activities for residents, coordinate with nursing staff, and support a vibrant community life in our facility.

Ideal candidates bring a High School Diploma or GED and enjoy organized, friendly service. Experience in recreational programming is a plus, and good computer skills help with scheduling and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare staffing and/or recreational programming is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
