Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Norwalk is seeking a friendly Recreation Assistant to support residents with engaging activities and companionship during day shifts.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion or enrollment in a Connecticut therapeutic recreation program, and a TRD Certificate. The role includes 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, one evening per week 10 AM–6 PM, rotating holidays and every other weekend, with a competitive benefits package and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• CT program in therapeutic recreation or enrollment is preferred.
• Previous experience as Recreation Assistant is preferred.

• Previous Experience as an Recreation Assistant preferred
• Hours - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 1 Evening per week 10 AM - 6PM
• Rotating Holidays and Every other weekend
• High school Diploma or it's equivalent /or have completed a Connecticut program in therapeutic recreation or enroll in a current program
