About the position

This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Gator Lakes Golf Course and is not guaranteed a set number of hours but can be scheduled 0 - 40 hours per week.

As a federal employee you will have access to all Hurlburt Field FSS facilities. After 1 year of employment, you will be eligible for the following benefits:

Qualifying Experience

• Must have experience which provides a basic knowledge and understanding of golf course operations including the rules of golf,equipment sale and repair, tournament organization and handicapping.
• Must have ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must-have experience in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit or other processing of cash items when this includes; (1) direct handling of cash items, and (2) use of cash accountability control methods.
• Must have the ability to communicate both orally and inwriting.
• Must possess skill in dealing with the public.
• Prior experience in basic supply techniques is desirable.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
• Must be able to work an irregular tour to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• "Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.
