Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking an Activity Assistant to enrich the lives of our patients and residents by planning, organizing and implementing engaging activities that meet physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities

Who You Are

• Effective communicator with excellent verbal/ written skills.
• Well-developed organizational abilities and record keeping skills.
• Able to positively engage with personnel, resident/patients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and well‑being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
