Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glen Hill is seeking a Full-Time Recreation Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through planned recreational programs and activities.

You will coordinate arts, crafts, games, and outdoor activities, adapting to resident needs while building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare staffing and/or recreational programming is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glen Hill is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Recreation Assistant to join our wonderful nursing team. As a Recreation Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by planning and implementing recreational programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and cognitive stimulation.
