Bayou Grande Marina is seeking an MWR support associate to assist with a wide range of recreation activities, events, and customer service tasks. The role covers information resources, community events, trips, tours, and equipment rentals, including leisure classes and outdoor recreation programs.

Ideal candidates communicate well, perform basic custodial tasks, use POS systems, and understand MWR programs. Applicants should be prepared to follow all instructions and adhere to agency guidelines.

• Must be able to learn MWR policies and rules and regulations.
• Must have ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Basic reading comprehension to adhere to guides.
• Basic custodial tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Basic computer operations and keyboarding to include POS systems and desktops.
• Basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic customer service delivery methods to identify needs and resolve issues.
• Basic understanding of MWR department elements to answer questions.
