The Piedmont Recreation Department (PRD) is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and dependable teens to join our Schoolmates Extended Care team. Recreation Aides works alongside Recreation Leaders to provide a safe, engaging, and positive environment for elementary-aged children at Piedmont's three elementary schools.

Recreation Aides assist with daily after-school programming, including games, arts and crafts, sports, enrichment activities, special events, and playground supervision.
Successful candidates enjoy working with children, demonstrating responsibility and professionalism, and bring positive energy to every shift.
Applicants under 18 years of age must obtain and maintain a valid work permit throughout employment.
Typical after-school shifts occur Monday–Friday and range from approximately 2–4 hours per day, between 2:00-6:00 PM. Additional hours may be available during staff trainings, special events, and school break programs.
