This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Scott AFB Outdoor Recreation. This is a Flexible position 0 - 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities include preparing recreation areas for scheduled activities, recording attendance, taking reservations and payments for programs, and notifying participants of scheduled changes. Checks equipment before rental and upon return for discrepancies, and reports major repairs to supervision.

Checks equipment before rental and upon return for discrepancies, i.e., torn or frayed material, defective parts, etc., makes necessary adjustments for replacing minor parts when necessary and reports all major repairs needed to supervisor/maintenance team.
Accomplishes completed walk around checklists for all rental items such as boats, campers, etc., before and after rental. Maintains the facility in a neat and orderly manner, keeping display items clean and dusted. Assists with group activities/trips, which require more than one staff member to monitor; cleans facilities, POV resale lot, FAMCAMP, RV storage lot, Picnic Pavilions, and Archery Range.
Operates cash register, maintains a change fund, completed required cashier reports/deposits, and rings fees/makes reservations.
