Job summary

Obsolete Site in Hawaii seeks candidates for a standing register position within Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF). The role includes issuing tools and equipment, directing patrons, and handling associated documentation in a recreation facility.

Responsibilities also cover receiving and inspecting returns, assisting with repairs, and providing program information to patrons. Rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, are typical.

• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
• Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally controlled facilities.
• Requires rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• This job is open to candidates who is LOCAL, Island of Oahu. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)

This is a Standing Register

with first cut-off date of August 26, 2026.

Applicants will be referred to selecting officials on various cut-off periods until filled.

PCS Costs

Allowances and Differentials

• This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
• Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
